LA DECLARACIÓN

What you can expect from the site

01

Our commitment

G-CERTI maintains an active commitment to digital accessibility. The gcerti.org website is designed and developed so that anyone can access the information and services, regardless of their physical, sensory or cognitive abilities, and of the device or assistive technology they use.

It covers the pages published on gcerti.org, including the certificate verifier, the public registry and the forms.
02

What criteria we work with

We use the international web accessibility guidelines WCAG 2.1, level AA, as our reference. This is the criterion we use to review the site every time it is edited.

REFERENCE
WCAG 2.1 AA
03

How you can use the site

These are the ways of use anticipated when designing each page:

  • It can be navigated with the keyboard: the Tab key moves through links, buttons and fields, and Enter activates them.
  • There is a shortcut at the beginning of each page to jump directly to the content.
  • Text can be enlarged with the browser zoom without losing content.
  • Images that carry information include descriptions for screen readers.
  • Forms indicate what each field asks for and what is missing when there is an error.
  • If you have the reduce-motion option enabled on your device, the site reduces animations.
  • The site can be used on phone, tablet and computer.
04

If something does not work for you, write to us

No site is ever finished. If a page does not read well for you, you cannot complete a form, or you need a document in another format, write to us and we will respond.

G-CERTI responds to accessibility reports within a maximum of 5 business days and implements critical fixes within 30 days.

EMAIL

An accessibility request does not replace the complaints and appeals procedure, which maintains its own timelines.
05

Documents for download

Some documents published before 2024 may not read well with assistive technologies. If this happens with one of them, request it by email and we will send you an accessible version.

06

Review of this statement

We review the site with each edit and, at a minimum, once a year, combining automated verification with manual testing using keyboard and screen reader. This statement is updated with that review.
