A case from the participant's own sector (industry, services, healthcare, technology or construction) is chosen and worked on across the 10 modules: its system is designed, documented, measured and finally audited. What remains is a complete quality management system and an audit report with findings.
TWO ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES
Two academic certificates on the same standard.
A standard is studied twice: from the side of whoever designs the management system and from the side of whoever audits it. Each passed assessment earns its own academic certificate issued by G-CERTI Formación, with its own code, checkable on gcerti.org.

Is prior experience in quality required?+
No. Module 1 levels the field: it introduces management systems and quality principles. Those already working in the field use it as a review and move on to module 2.
Is it useful if the organization is already certified?+
Yes. The programme trains those who must sustain, improve and audit the system: those in charge, internal auditors and those who will lead the next recertification.
¿Qué diferencia hay entre los dos certificados?+
The first documents the design of the management system; the second, its internal audit under ISO 19011. They are earned in that order, one per passed stage.
How do you get to audit for G-CERTI?+
The diploma program documents the competences assessed. To audit with G-CERTI, you apply to the Auditors Division, with the same requirements for everyone.
How long does it take?+
La cursada dura cuatro meses y cada módulo se sigue en vivo con el docente o en diferido desde el campus. El acceso al campus y a los materiales se mantiene por un año.
ISO 9001 · Quality management
By the end, participants design a complete quality management system, bring it into real processes and audit it with professional judgment. ISO 9001 is the most widely used standard in the world and provides the common foundations for understanding management systems; each standard then adds its own specialisation.
