01Publish the accredited scope and its effective date, and not communicate beyond it.
02Decide certification through a function separate from the audit team.
03Maintain a searchable registry of every certificate and credential issued.
04Respond to complaints, appeals, and reports with a deadline and a reference.
05Not offer consulting or implementation for what it later audits.
